Vehicle dynamics and vibration comfort
With the help of modern computer-aided simulation processes, we investigate the motion behaviour of rail vehicles and other rail-guided means of transport. Wheel-rail wear and vibration comfort are important results for the evaluation of the driving behaviour. Besides, MBS simulations provide nowadays the loads to which a vehicle is exposed. These can be used for the design of the load-carrying structure.
