Thai students and experts strongly interested in rail vehicle technology

As part of the cooperation with the Thai-German-Graduate-School (TGGS) of King Mongkut's University of Technology in North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Professor Schindler gave lectures on rail vehicle technology for the third time. Two years ago, the group of interested parties was manageable, but this year 12 students and 7 industry representatives took part in the lectures. This year, the topic "The technology of rail vehicle undercarriages" was dealt with. Thailand will shortly be tendering its first high-speed line and the capital Bangkok is one of the megacities with the highest road traffic density. No wonder that the metro network is being expanded here at full speed.
